我現在是個高二生身高170cm體重53.5kg在班上我的力氣算很小而出力的時候,手會發抖請問除了網路上看到的買啞鈴訓練之外還有什麼辦法嗎?伏地挺身的標準姿勢是壓到哪裡??一天大概練幾下算夠??一個禮拜要做幾次??我之前嘗試連續做30下沒有很標準就已經快不行了...Showmore
