各為大大小弟我一直想減肥之前試過了很多的方式例如跑步仰臥起坐急伏地挺身等但是成果好像不大我已經試大學四年級了之後要去當兵我很胖肚子跟屁屁都很大我大約是120kg我真的很想減肥尤其是瘦肚子跟屁屁誰可以告訴我有效不復胖的減肥運動方式跟飲食ㄚ還有我本身新陳代謝差我想消胝減肥誰能��
