請問!!每天做15下伏地挺身3組和仰臥起坐25下3組舉啞鈴16P的20下3組要多久才會有明顯的腹肌二頭肌和三頭肌和胸肌呀??還是不能這麼常做要做一休一??那請問做一休一大約也要幾個月呀????如果能的話!!請大大幫我規劃一套在家做的能在2個月內有明顯的腹肌二頭肌和三頭肌和胸肌辛苦不是問題!!!!!因為我很�
