棒球投球感覺不見20點 - 跑步

之前投球時只要輕輕投球速很容易就出來而且都有一直訓練每天跑2千舉啞鈴等等但好像越練越爛現在投進去都是軟弱無力的好球而且感覺動作協調性也不見了每天也都有再練休息也有但還是沒辦法球速就是出不來請問有什麼辦法可以增加動作協調性請不要用貼的或複製別人跑步都有再跑所以請不要告訴
