小弟我是即將在9/19就要到龍泉新訓的義務兵~在體能方面很差~而且還有些胖~172/85想在剩下的時間先自我訓練~但是~以目前的進度好像很難達到標準~像伏地挺身~我就做不到5下~跑步跑不到10分鐘~我知道這樣很爛~我不想到部隊裡面變成拖累別人的人~我該怎麼辦哩~因為已經跑不掉了~只能盡量不要太差嚕~希�
