球速還是沒變快.... - 啞鈴

從暑假開始沒多久我就開始練身體有做伏地挺身舉啞鈴之後又開始練跑(跑自家樓梯15分鐘)跑完休息一下去沖澡之後再休息一下開始舉啞鈴晚上做伏地挺身現在1組20下做5組(不過最近有幾天漏掉沒做)在這期間有去測球速是去大魯閣球速都在80到90之間今天又去測一下球速還是一樣沒變==讓我有點不爽我想請
