今年23歲 男性身高175 體重75我每天跑20分鐘的慢跑,80下伏地挺身100下仰臥起坐,舉啞鈴。大約4個月了,體重也一直持續75公斤沒有明顯的效果,我只有中午會吃2碗飯!作息也正常,沒有熬夜習慣。我想要我的目標是70公斤左右希望有人可以幫我解答我哪裡需要改善或是調整。分數不吝嗇!...Sh
