我之前..最慘ㄉ時候..早上5000..下午5000..晚上20.50開始體能活動..伏地挺身..70(手掌)開合跳..350跑跳..350伏地挺身..70(拳頭)開合跳..350跑跳..350再來是負重跑步..背體重和自已差不多ㄉ同梯..來回衝刺400公尺(一次5個人跑.抓後面3個.被抓ㄉ要再跑..最少要跑3/4次班長才會停下來換下一波ㄉ人跑)全部操完...約23.3
