我國3我每天拉單槓手長向外練5組1組10下還有背15KG的背包伏地挺身5組1組10下可是跟別人比腕力都會輸請問(拉單槓手長向外練5組1組10下)這樣可以力氣變大嗎還是要舉啞鈴比較好我有2個啞鈴各8KG我兩手各拿一個可以做5組各15下跟拉單槓哪個比較好哪個比較可以比腕力營別人力氣又變很大手掌向外拉單槓��
