我現在練胸肌方法是比照這個視頻練http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Ch8VkbjVQCA(我只有做前面4個動作,然後我一天做10組)我現在想問的是!用俯卧撑練胸肌比較有效還是配合伏地挺身器阿?我剛剛心血來潮的用一下伏地挺身器做1組,我感覺胸部更集中更出力耶..(不知道是不是我心理作用)不要教我用啞鈴之類的(因�
