最近開始練胸肌,聽人家說伏地挺身雙手要開一點才練的起來,因此我就張的非常開,做完後隔天手臂連接胸部的地方非常的痛,痛到做不起來,我想我因該是做錯了,所以想問一下,雙手大概要多多少距離胸肌才有最好的效果.
