我舉啞鈴大概可以舉二十下左右但是我在練胸肌的時候大概是飛鳥吧?舉到十二下的時候我的手會非常酸是我的姿勢錯誤還是二頭肌不夠勇?還有問一下拿著啞鈴做伏地挺身腹肌會練比較大塊嗎另外我二頭肌跟胸肌都可以用啞鈴練那我還有必要練伏地挺身嗎會有什麼是練不到的嗎...Showmore
