我做仰臥起坐半年多了但是還是不怎麼明顯怎麼會這樣?!(剛做完會比較明顯一點點...平常要縮肚子用力或有陰影才看的到)1.我如果有舉啞鈴、仰臥起坐、伏地挺身、抬腿練下腹肌,下面哪種安排比較好A.舉啞鈴+仰臥起坐一天→休息一天→伏地挺身+下腹肌訓練→休息一天............以此類推B.四種一起..然��
