恩我知道這種問題很多我也爬過很多文章了不過還是想來問一下*********在受到攻擊的時候只有把對方打倒你才處於安全狀態所以怎麼樣打會比較好呢?我是有在做重力訓練伏地挺身啞鈴仰臥起坐(2天做一次)兩次重力訓練之間自己練出拳直拳:先出左拳(短)在全力出右拳(兩拳算一次做25次)鉤拳:�
