做完訓練會覺得手臂膨脹一些痠痛而且手臂拉不直但是隔天卻沒任何痠痛這是不好的現象嗎??該怎麼辦??我的訓練是由下半身料到上半身先練小腿大腿然後拉線練背肌舉啞鈴練背肌伏地挺身舉啞鈴練二頭肌練前臂最後練握力前後個穿插暖身和拉筋啞鈴:7kg每組至少十下最少三組本人體重:47kg其實我主要想練
