如何很順的在2月內做完伏地挺身15下 我昨天才剛學 其實只能做5下~~再多一點就不行了更糟糕的是隔天手臂和胸口就酸ㄉ不得了 要再做是不太可能!! 這是不是代表我沒天份 有的救嗎 舉啞鈴對伏地挺身有幫助嗎!!手臂和胸口酸痛是不是也會長肌肉 每天的練習要做甚麼 可以告訴我
