請問做伏地挺身可以練手臂的肌肉嗎?不要用啞鈴喔不是要那種很大塊那種肌肉最少也要有些輪廓和變粗因為做很久了又天天做感覺效果不是很明顯還有是不是要一口氣做完比較好還是休息一分鐘分段做目前大概一口氣可以撐個25到30下左右
