請問一下我平常有再練肌肉想練二頭三頭(手臂)和腹肌都伏地挺身仰臥起坐還有用啞鈴1.只是我怎覺得我腹肌有形狀出來但是就是沒辦法很明顯還有我手臂上的肌肉彎曲才會顯現平常伸直就還好請問繼續練下去就會有嗎?還是我該怎麼調整?2.這跟胖瘦有關係嗎??我算中等偏瘦但是我有努力再多吃因為看有些
