我聽說做一些重量訓練例如舉啞鈴舉重之類的會長不高可是做伏地挺身和仰臥起坐會長不高嗎因為我每天都會固定做一定的量平常是各60我現在要升高一每學期身高都不會漲超過4公分我有點擔心ㄋㄟ
