男,高中生,我天生是瘦子,吃也吃不胖,每天三餐吃超多(蛋豆魚肉類蔬菜水果通通有),牛奶益生菌都試過還是胖不了,其最讓我困擾的是,手臂很細,我現在每天舉啞鈴+伏地挺身或舉一些重物,還有打球,我身體很健康,有檢查過,醫生有說過我腸胃體質不易吸收,所以現在有再喝中藥燉雞,不知�
