就是手臂外側的那一塊接近肩膀那邊還有手併攏然後前臂抓啞鈴往上舉是練哪一塊呢?我那樣練只有練到內側的肌肉鼓起來我想要內外還有前臂怎支手都有練到一開始使用幾磅的啞鈴比較好呢需要做伏地挺身嗎我是希望把手練到容易看出有肌肉的那種感覺就像阿姆那樣請明確的教我練法有圖片更好感謝您
