我伏地挺身跟仰臥起坐已經做了1年快1年半了次數目前是伏地挺身60下分2次間格1分鐘仰臥起坐300下分5次間格1分鐘(這是目前是以前慢慢加上來)有時候會舉個啞鈴做完通常會吃一點東西但是卻感覺沒什麼成果手臂的肌肉要出力才看的見而且我的手臂看起來很細胸肌稍微有點樣子但是卻很不明顯腹肌卻完全
