173公分65公斤壯壯的蠻有肉的但是鬆垮垮所以想說練線條強身健體我有肚子其他地方都肉肉的球隊的同學說我這樣很好練我是計劃買個啞鈴呼拉圈暑假游泳寒假跑步之類的練身體手臂線條消肚子練腹肌因為胸部蠻有肉的也想練胸肌我不想要像那種健美先生一樣那麼大一隻我只想要讓我的肌肉線條好看一��
