我們班上最近要辦一個"躲避球集訓"(下個月就要開始比賽)請教各位大大有什麼訓練可以增加強度呢?(不管是丟球.體能訓練.接球...等部份都可以)目前我們只有想到跑步.伏地挺身.蹲下&起立.左右移動.前後移動
