因為我胖胖的,想在夏天前讓自己的身材看起來結實一點有線條一點所以我每天都會舉啞鈴(22磅)肱二頭肌捲曲-一組10下,每次三組伏地挺身-有分雙手合起來的打開的,都大約10下,一組仰臥起坐-每次20~30下不等,一組~二組還有把啞鈴單手向上舉起,像答有一樣也是一組10下,每次三組這整個算一個循環
