我每天晚上睡覺前會做200~300個左右仰臥起坐,和100個左右的伏地挺身請問這樣子有過量嗎?還有這樣子會影響到長高嗎?我高一還有加上自己控制飲食,每天這樣子做可以達到減肥的目的嗎?因為平時要上課都上到很晚,只有假日時能去打籃球和跑步...Showmore
