請問各位我每天在家練身體伏地挺身200下(每次做完50下休息兩分鐘總共分4次做)仰臥起坐100下(每次做完50下休息兩分鐘總共分2次做)抬腳100下((每次做完50下休息兩分鐘總共分2次做)啞鈴50下跪姿滾輪25下做兩天休息一天可是我持續了一年肌肉是有但是都沒辦法像彭于晏那樣的身材
