小的目前是個高中生每天晚上下課都會去跑步為了減少體脂肪但又想做些肌肉訓練讓肌肉更結實請問可以跑完步再做伏地挺身之類的肌肉訓練嗎?這樣會不會效果減半?還是說跑完步後隔幾小時再做肌肉訓練會比較好?網路上有人說一天有氧一天肌肉訓練這樣會比較有成果嗎?拜託各位大大了^^...Showmore
