目前我163公分體重89公斤體脂肪不知最近開始以舉啞鈴的方式在運動左右手各5.5KG的啞鈴國中時期也長這樣運動也沒發生過手麻的現象因忙升大學的事情從上星期才開始減重3餐照吃但不吃而外的零食到這星期瘦1KG每天都是晚上8點~9點舉啞鈴運動但是今天大概到8點半的時候右手指開始發生麻麻的現象右手�
