近1個多禮拜我每天都會做伏地挺身我想練到50下1次都20~22下剛開始做的時候20下不會很累可是現在越做手越沒力差不多15下之後就很吃力撐起來很累這是什麼原因呀?有什麼好的方法可以趕快練到50下??
