如題~我目前76公斤~想利用重考這段時間...除了讓自己上更好的大學之外~也能如願的瘦下來~請大家給我點有用的方法吧...我目前是只吃水果和喝水....每天早上吃1顆芭樂或蘋果之後就不吃任何東西了只會喝水而已原本81公斤的我~從8月23開始進補習班到現在都這樣吃目前剩76公斤補習班從早上7.30近去之後��
