我想知道棒球選手訓練內容譬如說:哪種練習能增加反應或是增加協調平衡還有守備練習時是內外野手分開練還是一起練如何不使用啞鈴就可練手臂譬如說:MLB復健時有用米和米桶手伸進去翻攪能夠增加腕力及小肌肉群謝謝
