就是我常常爬文看到訓練的組數都不太一致耶,能否請益大大為小弟解惑! 我目前是舉啞鈴12kg最多到6下,做15組,每一組休息不超過一分鐘,兩天後再練!但我爬文看到有人說二頭肌7RM,做5~8組,也有看到說20~25組的!到底哪個才正確呀? 我是想練大塊一點,因為我太矮...168CM�
