我目前國一(男)身高162體重45(持續增重)每天做伏地挺身40下3組仰臥起坐50下1組跑步15分鐘1次完全沒有做重量訓練(舉啞鈴.....等)每天11點半前睡覺牛奶喝的比較少沒再打籃球(沒興趣=口=)請問這樣會長不高嗎?(如果需要其他資料請說謝謝^^)...Showmore
